Floral Park Neighborhood Association

The Floral Park Neighborhood Association (FPNA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit community organization (EIN: 33-0908244) committed to preserve the integrity of, and the historical significance of our homes and to develop a sense of unity within the Floral Park neighborhood. FPNA seeks to educate the neighborhood, surrounding communities, and the City of Santa Ana on the historical significance our neighborhood, its architectural value, and the impact it has had on the City of Santa Ana and the County of Orange since its origin. Many of the historic homes in Floral Park were either built or owned by notable figures in the history of the City of Santa Ana and/or the County of Orange. Homes on the Santa Ana Register of Historic Properties are often named after their notable figure.

All residents and non-resident owners within Floral Park’s defined boundaries are members of FPNA. The neighborhood boundaries are, to the south, the north side of 17th Street; on the west, both sides of Flower Street; to the north, both sides of Riverside Drive; and on the east, the west side of Broadway. It is one of several historic North Santa Ana neighborhoods including French Park, Washington Square, Morrison Park, Fisher Park, Park Santiago, and West Floral Park. Floral Park is currently in the process of being designated a national historic district.
